There are two positions that need to be filled at the upcoming Annual Meeting election to be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
One position is a 3-year term, and one position is a 2-year term. One board member is re-running, but the other position has been vacated by a board member who has moved out of the community.
If you would like to serve on the board, please contact Liz Pettit at 281-945-4617 before October 3, 20205 so your name can be placed on the Absentee Ballot!
Remember when you receive your Absentee Ballot in the mail, the only way to vote is by following the instructions and sending back your Absentee Ballot.
There will be NO VOTING at the meeting.
Here’s how to get help FAST while at the pool this summer!
Talk to the Lifeguards First. They’re trained to handle restroom needs, cleanliness, supplies, rule clarification, gate issues, and more. They’re there for safety and service!
Look for the BLUE + YELLOW Sign at the front gate. We have posted the example of what to look for!
It lists:
- A phone number to text/call for immediate help both numbers accept text messages!
- An email address checked each business day for feedback
- Who to contact when the office is closed: the area director!
Trash cans must not only be out of the street on non-trash days but also not stored in street view. This means your trash cans should be inside your garage or behind your gate. You also have the option of constructing a small fence or some type of “blind” to conceal your trash cans if you wish to store them on the side of your house in street view but you must submit an Exterior Modification Request (ACC) application for approval first.
